Michael Rasmussen is a former CCW client. He was a Marine KC-130J pilot before facing a crisis of conscience, which CCW helped navigate. After being honorably discharged as a CO, Michael went on to get his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Fordham Law School. Michael works at Fordham as Senior Advisor to the Dean where where he helps shape strategy, culture, and big-picture initiatives across the school. Michael leads major projects, guides policy development, and works closely with partners inside and outside the law school to keep things running smoothly and collaboratively. He is also an adjunct professor, teaching Introduction to US Law and Legal Institutions and Introduction to Contracts.
In addition to his work with the Board, Michael assists CCW staff with certain clients — a work that he finds incredibly fulfilling.
